Buffalo Chicken Dip & Magic Layer Bars

Consuming too much of the following foods may kill you. But guess what? YOU WILL DIE HAPPY!!! The first one is perfect for football watching, parties, etc. Buffalo Chicken Dip
Two packages of 8 oz cream cheese softened 8 oz hot sauce (I use half of this and it's hot ENOUGH!) 8 oz Ranch Dressing. 10 oz cooked chicken (I use a package of the Grilled short cuts from Perdue) 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese Mix well, bake for 20 mins 375 degrees, take out, spread cheese on it, bake for 10 mins more. Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks! YUMMMY!!
(Not my photo!) And then, of course, for dessert, are these magic cookie bars. 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs (one of the inside packages of graham crackers) 1 stick butter or margarine, melted 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
I line a 9x13 pan with foil. Turn on the oven to 350 (325 for glass dish). Put the butter in the pan while the oven is heating up. When the butter is melted, add the graham crackers and just mix it a bit and pat them down. Then cover that crust with the sweetned condensed milk (so it's pretty well covered.) Then add the chocolate chips, nuts and coconut. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. (I've added all sorts of stuff to these - white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, mixed nuts, no nuts, etc. etc. Whatever you've got the cupboard!)
Enjoy!
