Hot fudge sauce 1/2 c. butter 3 c. sugar 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk 4 (1-oz) squares unsweetened chocolate dash of salt
Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, evaporated milk and salt and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool slightly then pour hot fudge into blender and blend for 5 minutes. Keeps well in fridge. PRINTABLE RECIPE
