Homemade fresh salsa

Ingredients
Tomatoes 6 large or 8 medium (the riper the better)
Green Pepper ½ large size/ ¾ smaller
Onion, yellow ½ large/ ¾ smaller
Garlic 2 cloves, finely chopped
Salt 1 tablespoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
White pepper ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice fresh ½ to ¾ cup (may use part lime juice)
Section the tomatoes, onion, and pepper, place in blender.
Add cilantro, salt, sugar, pepper, garlic, jalepeno, and
Tobasco. Add lemon juice.
