This post is for me... I thought I'd lost this recipe and so if I put it on my blog, it'll be safe in internet-land FOREVER (right?)
Spinach Dip:
1 block cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayo (may use light)
1 pint sour cream (may use low-fat)
1 box frozen spinach, thawed & drained well
1 package Knorr leek dry soup mix.

Combine all. Serve with chunks of bread. (Is best if made a day - or at least a few hours - before serving.)
I used this tonight for a work party. Big hit!
