This isn't really a recipe - just an idea that I got from Everyday Food.
But it was a successful idea because EVERY SINGLE PERSON in my family liked it.
Not an everyday occurrence.
I would go with about 2 lbs. of ground beef.
Roll into meatballs and then smoosh down.
(I will smoosh more next time.)
Season with salt and pepper.
Broil them on top (or 2nd to top) rack about 4 minutes per side.
Add cheese at the end if desired until melted.
Serve on dinner rolls of your choosing.
Add tomatoes, lettuce, etc.
Very tasty.
