Healthy Energy Bites

Yes, you have the correct blog. 1) Haven't posted in FOREVER and 2) something with "Healthy" in the title? 'Tis true... Easy and delicious and probably as healthy as I get.

3 c. oats
1 c. creamy peanut butter
2/3 c. honey (or agave nectar)
1 c. coconut flakes (if you aren't a fan, then less is fine)
1 c. wheat germ
1 c. mini chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl, form into balls and eat. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
