I've probably posted something like this before but this is the best variation I've tried. From Tip Hero via Facebook. (The source of all knowledge!)
Word to the wise: put a cookie sheet on the rack below these - the oil spilled over the bottom of my oven and we thought my house was going to ignite. It didn't but it felt like it.
In a large bowl add:
1/3 c. olive oil
26 oz. of thawed white dinner rolls, cut into quarters
2 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 clove minced garlic
6 oz. pepperoni cut into quarters (optional)
Mix well by hand until combined.
Grease muffin tin. Fill with ingredients. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool sufficiently to touch and then dip in red sauce.
