1 - 2 lb. flank steak ( I have good luck with Costco's meat )
1 c. bottled teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
1 small onion, diced (1/2 c.)
1 large garlic clove, diced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary (or dried, maybe 1 tsp.)
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. honey
Score meat (if you remember, which I don't) with X's on both sides. Mix rest of ingredients together and marinate. Grill meat and cut in thin slices against the grain. (I usually cut the meat beforehand into small pieces... do whatever works for you.)
