Banana Bread

This recipe is vintage. Like from my high school home ec class vintage. Why fix what's not broken?

3-4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix it all up. Put into greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. I add a fair amount of cinnamon sugar on top of the batter before I bake it and it adds an awesome, crispy crust to the bread.
